No. We are happy to do one specific piece of work, like a Microsoft 365 setup or a security health check, and leave the rest alone. You are not signing up to anything bigger.
That is completely fine and very common. Each service stands on its own. We will only ever suggest more if we genuinely think it would help you.
A website build, Microsoft 365 setup and security health check are one-off, fixed-price jobs. Website care plans are monthly, with 30 days' notice to cancel. Every term is in writing before you sign.
Yes, because we explain everything in plain English. You do not need to know anything technical. Translating the complicated stuff into something clear is exactly what we do.
You get a plain-English report with a clear list of what to fix first. Fixing anything we find is a separate, quoted piece of work under our Microsoft 365 Setup service, and we only do it once you have agreed the quote. No pressure, and no surprise bills.
