No. The setup and security health check are one-off, fixed-price jobs, and website care plans are monthly with no long tie-in. You stay because it is useful, not because you are stuck.

You get a plain-English report with a clear list of what to fix first. Fixing anything we find is a separate, quoted piece of work under our Microsoft 365 Setup service, and we only do it once you have agreed the quote. No pressure, and no surprise bills.
