These terms cover use of our website and the general basis on which we work. The specific terms of any paid engagement are set out in a separate written agreement and statement of work, which take precedence over these terms.
1. About us
This website and our services are provided by Klariq Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.
- Company name: Klariq Limited
- Registered office: 97 Carfield, Skelmersdale, WN8 9DR
- Company number: 17346707
- Contact: info@klariq.co.uk
2. Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that could damage or disrupt it.
3. Our content
All content on this website, including text, branding, the Klariq name and logo, and design, is owned by Klariq Limited or used with permission. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
4. Information on this website
We have taken care to make sure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, it is provided for general information only. It does not constitute professional or contractual advice, and it does not form part of any agreement between us unless expressly stated.
Any prices shown on this website are indicative starting points ("from" prices). The actual price for your engagement will be confirmed in writing before any work begins, based on your specific requirements.
5. How our services work
This website is a way to learn about what we do and get in touch. It is not a way to buy services directly. When you engage us:
- We will discuss your requirements and agree a clear scope with you.
- We will provide a written statement of work and a services agreement setting out exactly what we will do, what it will cost, and the terms that apply.
- Work begins only once that agreement is in place and signed.
The terms in that separate signed agreement govern the paid work itself. Nothing on this website overrides those terms.
6. The Security Health Check is a review, not a guarantee
Where we provide a Microsoft 365 Security Health Check, we review your setup and report on it. The health check is a point-in-time review, not a guarantee that your systems are secure or that no incident will occur. Fixing any issues we find is a separate piece of work, quoted and agreed before it is carried out. We will use reasonable skill and care throughout.
7. Enquiries and communication
When you contact us through this website or by email, we will use your details to respond to you in line with our Privacy Policy. Making an enquiry does not create any contract or obligation on either side. You are free to decide not to proceed, and so are we.
8. Links to other websites
This website may contain links to other websites, such as the IASME or NCSC websites, or our software providers. We provide these for convenience and information. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any website we do not control.
9. Limitation of liability
We provide this website on a reasonable-efforts basis and do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on any information on it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. The liability for any paid engagement is governed by the limits set out in the separate services agreement for that engagement.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this website, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Contact
If you have any questions about these terms, please email us at info@klariq.co.uk.
