Microsoft 365 Support

A local person who answers.

from £75/mo · simple monthly plan

Once you are set up, things still come up. Our support plan gives you a local point of contact who knows your setup, at a predictable monthly cost, with no long tie-in.

What this is

Once your Microsoft 365 is set up properly, things will still come up. A new starter needs an account. Someone cannot get email on their new phone. A file has gone missing. Our support plan means there is a local person who knows your setup and picks up when you need us, instead of a faceless support queue somewhere far away.

It is a simple monthly plan with a predictable cost. No long tie-in, and no pretending we are a 24/7 operation when we are not. Just honest, reliable help during business hours.

What is included

What you get each month
  • A local point of contact who already knows your setup
  • A set amount of included support time each month for the day-to-day things
  • A 24 hour response target on support requests, during business hours
  • Regular checks to make sure your security and setup stay in good shape
  • Help with the common jobs: new starters, leavers, new devices, email issues
  • No long contract tying you in

If we need to come to you

The monthly plan covers remote support, which is how most things get fixed and is usually faster for you because nobody is driving anywhere. Some jobs genuinely need someone on site: a machine that will not boot, new hardware that needs setting up, a network problem you cannot see from a screen.

When that happens it is charged separately, at £125 for the first hour and £75 an hour after that, from arrival on site. It never comes out of your included monthly support time. We keep the two apart on purpose, so you always know which one you are buying and a visit never quietly eats the allowance you are paying for.

There is a minimum charge of one hour, and time after that is rounded up to the whole hour. A twenty minute job on site is £125. An hour and twenty minutes is £200. Visits are during business hours only, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We do not run an out of hours call-out service.

We do not charge travel within 30 miles of us. Further out than that, the travel is quoted before we book the visit. Klariq is not VAT registered, so there is no VAT on top of any of this.

We will always tell you before travelling, and if the job can be done remotely we will do it remotely and not charge you for a visit you did not need.

Who it is for

This is for businesses that have had us set up their Microsoft 365 and want someone on hand afterwards, without hiring an IT person or signing up to an expensive managed service. It suits small teams who do not need full-time IT but want to know there is someone to call when something comes up.

We are honest about what this is. We both have day jobs and we are a small operation, so this is reliable help during business hours, with a clear amount of included time. It is not a 24/7 emergency line, and we will never pretend otherwise. Anything beyond the included time is charged at a fair hourly rate, always agreed with you first.

How it works

1

We set you up

This plan works best once we have set up or reviewed your Microsoft 365, so we know it inside out.

2

You have a contact

You get a direct way to reach us when something comes up. No tickets, no queue.

3

We keep an eye on things

Regular checks keep your security and setup in good shape over time.

4

Cancel any time

No long tie-in. You stay because it is useful, not because a contract traps you.
