Being straight with you: change allowances are capped and do not roll over, and response times are business-hours targets, not promises about when something will be fixed. We are a small local operation and we will never pretend to be a 24/7 web agency. Your domain is yours from day one. If you ever move on, you can cancel with 30 days notice, and a fixed £120 handover fee covers packaging up your files and helping your new provider take over.

Those AI tools build their answers from what they can find and understand about your business online, and most small business websites give them almost nothing to work with.
Our AI search setup fixes that. We add the structured data that tells AI tools exactly what you do, where you cover and what you charge. We make sure the search engines that feed them, including Bing, which powers ChatGPT and Copilot, have your site properly indexed. We tie your website, Google Business Profile and listings together so the information agrees everywhere. And we write a plain-English questions-and-answers section that matches how people actually ask.
Being straight with you: AI search is a young field and nobody can guarantee where an AI assistant will rank you, whatever anyone promises. What we can do is make sure that when the AI tools look, everything they need is there, correct, and easy to understand. What is AI Search Optimisation?
AI Search Optimisation sets your website up so AI assistants like ChatGPT, Copilot and Google's AI answers can find and describe your business correctly. It costs from £149 as a one-off, and is included free with the £60 a month Growth care plan.
Will this get my business found on ChatGPT?
It makes sure that when AI tools look, everything they need about your business is there, correct and easy to understand. No one can guarantee an AI will recommend a specific business, and we will never promise that, but a site that is set up properly has a far better chance of being found and described accurately.
What is included in a website care plan?
Care plans cover hosting, daily backups, security updates, monitoring and a monthly plain-English report, from £25 a month. They are not an unlimited changes service; larger changes are quoted separately.
Do I own my domain name?
Yes. Your domain name is registered in your name and stays yours. If you ever leave, releasing it to you is free.
