What this is

This is a one-off job where we get your Microsoft 365 set up and working the way it should from the start. Most small businesses we meet are paying for Microsoft 365 every month but only using a fraction of it. Email might work, but files are scattered, there is no backup, and security has never been turned on properly.

We fix all of that in one go, agree the price up front, and hand it over with documentation so you understand what you have got. You do not need to know anything technical. That is the whole point of bringing us in.

Just so it is clear from the start: we only carry out the setup and fix work once you have accepted the quote. We will always agree the price with you first, and nothing gets done until you have given us the go-ahead. No surprise work, no surprise bills.

Who it is for

This is for small businesses with a handful of staff who use Microsoft 365 but have never had it set up properly. If you have ever lost files when a laptop died, struggled to get email onto a new phone, or worried that anyone could get into your accounts, this is the job that sorts all of that out at once.

If you want us around afterwards, our Microsoft 365 Support plan gives you a local point of contact for a predictable monthly cost. If you would rather just call us when something comes up, that is completely fine too. We never tie you in.

A common question: are we paying for the right thing?

Often, yes, you already are. A lot of businesses are on Microsoft 365 Business Premium and using almost none of what it includes. Part of our job is making sure your licences match what you actually need, so you are not paying for things you will never use, or missing out on things you have already paid for.
